Going in April?

We are considering going to WDW at the end of April (24th-30th), how bad are the crowds going to be at that time? We usually go in January, but both kids are in school now and we don't want to take them out.

I've never toured WDW during that time frame but I'm sure some of our veterans can offer you advice.

Hi jcandtjsmommy! Welcome aboard! We've done April the last 3 years, last 2 at Easter. The crowds are ok the week after Easter, but very busy the week before. I may be rambling unneccessarily here, as I think easter is early in 04, end of march?.. anyway, it's a great time to go IMHO as the weather is perfect, and, using early start tactics, we've always done everything we wanted to achieve even over the holiday period. Thanks everyone! You've eased my fears a little bit! We've been spoiled by "no lines" in January and didn't really want to go at a busy time. I've noticed that our week doesn't really fall during the other "spring breaks"...I'll keep my fingers crossed!
