Going in a few weeks, any tips?

We are going in a few weeks, CANT WAIT!

I've been several times and know all the rides etc., but is there any advice anyone can give on the RoyalP? Along the lines of asking to be upgraded or getting any kind of special deal or discount? I am already booked but wondered if there were any "magic words" or anything I can do at the desk when I arrive.

I don't know about magic words, but everything I say is the same, arrive early.
The line for check in is short, and your room might be ready. When that happens, it feels like an extra day because you can unpack and get going. Even if the room is not ready, get there at 7am and they'll give you your room keys.

If you show up at 3pm, expect to wait in a long line to check in. If you're taking a limo over, the person who unloads your bags is different from the person who will take them up to your room. And the driver who brings you may be different from the one who takes you back. Some people get peeved at all the tips they have to give out if they over do it in the beginning.

Stop on the way and stock a cooler, most limo services will make a grocery store stop as a perk for using them.

Call now and put in a room request. Of coarse this may all change if you go for an upgrade.

are you a lowes first member? if not go and sign up.....its a hotel rewards program and it is free to sign up. You get a welcome gift, and if there are upgrades available at checkin you should be offered it - the more stays the better the perks!! Don't forget to call the hotel and give them your member # and your choice of welcome gift!!

Pretty please with a cherry on top? AbraCadabra I command thee to upgrade me? I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your hotel down if you don't upgrade me? Sounds like magical stuff, no? Try em all let me know if any work!

Seriously, just ask if there are any upgrades available when you check-in. If there are, they would be happy to accommodate you.

Thanks, what I was referring to is it seems like in the past they had a ask for this ______ type of deal or something, but I'm drawing a complete blank on what it was and I guess they don't do that anymore anyway.

And yes I already requested a top floor or next to top with park view, thanks again, and I will enjoy, its only the best place on the planet, how could I not.
