Hi we don't have long to wait now. I thought we were sorted with our planning but now I'm not so sure,
I've just seen the price increase for Dlh breakfast.... Won't be paying that so need ideas for alternative breakfasts please.
We are staying at the kyriad. Also are the york buffet dinner and Cheyenne buffet dinner good choices??? Thanks

you can still pay reasonable rates to have breakfast at all the other onsite hotels, just not the DLH. HNY is still around 11 euros per adult, 5 per child I believe, and its a full hot and cold buffet for breakfast.

theres Earl of Sandwich, McDonalds, Starbucks, and Annettes Diner in the Village, they all open for breakfast (from around 8.30am or 9am onwards). You can also pick up a pastry and a hot drink at loads of stands/counter service restaurants inside both parks, and you can even get fresh OJ, pastries, and hot drinks inside the train station at the gates of the park (where the Kyriad shuttle bus drops you off).

Probably a silly question but do you have to book breakfast at the other hotels or do you just wander in?

they do tend to change in April and November each year, but if the prices increase, they tend to only increase by a euro or 2.

you can't book breakfast if you're not a guest of the hotel - you go to the restaurant entrance and tell them you're not a guest but you'd like to pay to eat breakfast there.

how early do the shuttles pick up at the kyriad?
And..(stupid question) .do we just jump off at the New York hotel then jump back on to go back to our hotel o the village????

the kyriad shuttles start just after 6am every day, and run every 20 minutes or so.

The kyriad shuttle doesn't go to the onsite hotels, or vice versa. You would get on/off your shuttle at the terminus next to the train station/Village/park gates. If you then wanted to go to the Hotel New York, the easiest way is to walk through the Village, past Cafe Mickey, then on your left around the lake you'll see the entrance to the Hotel New York. Its a 5-minute walk from the Kyriad bus terminus.

In the hotels how easy is it to takeaway few items of food out at breakfast times?? Just small snacks for the day ahead.....???
