We are going "home", SSR, from December 18 - 22 this year. A Christmas treat for my DD 9. Any suggestions on what to do? We have MVMCP booked, the Frozen/Osbourne experience and a Holiday sleigh ride. Any activities we don't want to miss while we are there over Christmas?

Also, what are the chances of my waitlist for one night, December 22nd, at SSR coming through?

Thanks!

Lots of interesting holiday activities at the individual pavilions over at World Showcase. Have you considered the Candlelight Processional? (That's my favorite).

Might want to check out a Member Mixer if there is one scheduled during your stay.

The resorts are beautifully decorated - if you have time, the GF & WL are especially gorgeous,as are the EPCOT resorts.

Lots of Holiday activities in Downtown Disney, too, including Santa.

I'll echo Carol's comments about Candlelight Processional. And add that there are dinner packages that get you "preferred seating" for the event. I would highly recommend this as CP is definitely our favorite aspect of going to WDW during the Christmas season. Enjoy! :)

We are also going home for Christmas. We are also always looking for diff things to do. There will be DH, DD16 DDBF 16 and myself. We are doing the Candlelight Procession on Christmas Eve. I'm very excited for Christmas Day, the kids are going horseback riding, my husband and I will people watch at the Tarvern, we have dinner ressies. The kids want to take advantage of the movie, sing along and fireworks on the beach that night.

We did have a sleigh ride booked but cancelled it. I was able to rent a golf car for 24 hours for the same price. We are bringing blankets and getting hot chocolate then we will drive around for the evening on the golf cart to all of the loops that are decorated for Christmas. The kids are very excited and so am I.
