All caught up! 30 days!!!

I am in the same soak up every available second of sunshine before summer ends mode. Unfortunately today is not such a good day for that. Hope it doesn't impact your friend's wedding on the Cape.

So have you decided on Via Napoli? I've read some good reviews. I can't wait to try it myself.

ME tickets. Those yellow stickers are just the happiest stickers in the world. Which reminds me, I need to call and add my flight info to my reservation so I make sure my yellow stickers come. And I need to order the groceries. So fun to plan a trip, isn't it?!?

Day 2: Todd and Kristen's 10 year wedding anniversary! We are not suppose to be getting each other anything, but I feel like I need to get something to acknowledge it, you know? Any suggestions?

This will be our 1st park day! And where will we go?! Our normal routine is to start in Fantasyland and at IASW ... Unfortunately, it's scheduled to be closed for rehab while we're there...so I'm thrown off (and yes, a little sad!). Not sure exactly what our plan of attack it in the park, we need to come up with our schedule and soon!

Isn't one of your boys going gaga over "Buzz Lightyear" - that may be a good place to start ... (but good luck dragging them away from there after only one "battle"...) Followed by Monsters, Inc ... Tomorrowland Speedway ... then into Fantasyland ... stopping for lunch at CHH (see below ...).

With all the construction going on around Fantasyland (and Toontown), it may not have it's usual charm and magic ...

We plan to just have a snacky lunch and a counter service dinner, as they day comes, we'll roll with it.

Columbia Harbor House is a good place for a relatively quiet and relaxing lunch - head up to the 2nd floor. And the meals are so big, two adults can easily split one and have a "snacky+ lunch".

Okay....day 3 plans up, soon! Stay tuned!!

Good Morning my DIS friends!

As you know, the boys were at my parents over the weekend, Todd and I snuck off to a Red Sox game (my 1st! and they won! woohoo!!) and then to a friends wedding yesterday afternoon. It was so much fun! It's amazing what 24 hours, without kids, can do for a person!

So, we were a day behind with starting our 30 day countdown..but no worries, we got started this morning! Youngest to oldest is the plan...so Coley was the 1st to put the stickers on. I can't believe we're under 30 days now! We've been planning this since New Years.....times flies!!!!!!! Here are just a few pictures to share with you all and then I'm hoping that the boys will let me reply to you all, thanks for being patient with me!

Ok, so, I really don't know why you can't post on my PTR - but I can post here! And I will! And often!



So, first things first - we only live about 35-40 min. apart. Howdy neighbor!

Second things second - I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for a party of 10 (with 6 wee ones) while BF and I wander the parks. You'll be the one looking mournfully at IASW, yes?

I still need to catch up and am heading back to do that now, but just had to say hello!

Ok, so now I'm all caught up and just have to say:

1: Throw me on the bracelet bandwagon. I started a bracelet when I joined WW a few weeks back. It's a Troll bracelet, and so far I only have Troll beads, but I got it knowing I could put any bead on the bracelet. I'm thinking I'll need to start a Disney one too after all the pics here and having circled all the 'I Wants...' in the Disney part of the Chamilia catalog.

2: You should SO do the Visa Meet n' Greet. I did it last May and my absolute FAVORITE picture of me with a character is from there - my first picture with Mickey in 17 years!

3: Your boys are so cute.

4: San Angel Inn v. Via Napoli? SAI would win hands down in my book, for dinner at least. One of my favorite entrees in all the World is on their dinner menu (Filete Montuleno). However, I'm less enamored with their lunch menu so I might be tempted to try VN. Just my two cents. Worth as much as you paid for it.

Can't wait to hear more! It's funny, counting down almost the same number of days.

I agree with loving the movies just as much as the kids!! it definitely gets me all excited to go again! WE will be at the POP Sept 27- Oct 5th & MNSSHP.. on the 1st.
WOW.. 10 people.. i wouldn't be doing MNSSHP either for that price... we only have 5 ( plus one 2 yr old. so he is free.. thank goodness) - The big Plan for that day is for my daughter to get all ready in the morning at the BBB in MK. she will be all ready for the party. As for my son.. ( i haven't picked anything for him yet) And me?? i might just be a party pooper and not dress up. i might.. IF its not really hot. i cant take the heat down there.. especially with a costume. Hope it wont be too bad when we go

Hey C! Thanks for understanding me beaching it and getting in as much time as I can! This Summer was sooo fast! I can't beleive the boys start school in just a couple of weeks now!

Thanks for your thoughts, I'm thinking along with you, since we've eaten at SAI, and we're doing it at lunch, it's nice to try something new. I've read some great reviews, so it's worth trying something new. I do love the atmospher of SAI though!

Yes, 3 boys is a handful, to say the least...if I don't keep them busy, they get into trouble, but they are good boys...just need structure for sure!

Yes, busy weekend! I'm starting to get behind some, so hopefully this almost catches me up! My next day is our last...and there isnt' much to report, guess i should get on that anyways! And then we just have to countdown, yay!!!!!!!

My random thoughts:

1. Roger Williams Zoo, that has to be over by the Marco Polo section entrance right, by the Camels? I ALWAYS say that part reminds me of being at Disney! LOL!

You are so right, it is the Marco Polo section, we've been a couple times since Spring and I never had seen it before, immediately it reminded me of Disney, great minds think alike!

2. Love your Pandora bracelet! So pretty!

Thank you, me too! It's my favorite thing ever!

3. I've been told the same thing, you can't use another day's ticket to go to a different park. Only way you can hop would be to have the hopper feature.

Bummer, not sure what we'll do then......

4. Cassidy and I did a couple of Kim Possible missions last year. We didn't love it but it had just stopped downpouring and everyone was in the same area after having come out from hiding from the rain. So we were surrounded by people working on the same mission at different points and a lot of the suprises were sort of ruined before we got to them. Hard to explain but it made it not as fun as it might normally be.

Thanks for your input here, I'm going to talk to Tracey later in the week, it may be worth trying it and see how we all do, not sure that the little ones will tolerate it, but worth a try!

5. I would try the new Italian place! Fun to get to try something new!

I think we will!

6. I would go for the Soarin' FP first before the TT ones.
