Going back/budget trip--questions!

My DH gave me a Disney trip for my birthday! We booked All Stars for our traveling day, so we can start fresh with tickets and dining at Caribean Beach. So our CBR stay is 4 nights, and we have the Disney Plus Dining (1 QS, 1 TS and 1 snack). Half way through the trip DH and I are going to Citricos (an actual date!) The girls will stay at a kids club on site.

Here's my question--we found out Citricos is 2 TS, but it is one we have wanted to try since our "Disneymoon" 8 years ago! If we use 2 TS credits each, without the girls there, that leaves 4 kids TS credits that don't have matching adult credits.

Can you recommend 2 TS restaurants that we could use up the girls credits, and my DH & I could pay oop for?(Obviously easier on the wallet, please!) How would you do this? Help!

I am also open to changing our Citricos ADR to a ressie that is 1 TS. Suggestions?

since its a splurge why not pay oop for citricos? That would likely be cheaper than paying OOP for two additional TS meals. Check out the menus and see whats cheaper.
