going 3-4thru3-11 which parks on which days?

We will be there march 3-11th with plenty of time to do everything, we just don't know what parks are the least crowded on which days. We are going to have a Sat and Sun which I know are busy days but we normally go Sun night thru Thur and I felt like we needed more time this year. Any suggesstions on the best parks to visit on the weekend and the ones to avoid would be very helpful. Thank you

I'll be there 3/5-3/12, here's what I plan on doing:

Sat 3/5- arrive mid afternoon, maybe DTD or hotel hopping, dinner PS at Chef Mickey's
Sun 3/6- MK am, MGM late afternoon and stay for EMH
Mon 3/7- Universal/IOA (Margaritaville for diner, Citywalk @ night)
Tues 3/8- AK late am, stay for EMH (PI @ night)
Wed 3/9- EPCOT AM, MK late afternoon and stay for EMH
Thurs 3/10- MK am, EPCOT late afternoon and stay for EMH (Jellyrolls @ night)
Fri 3/11- MK am for PS at Crystal Palace, undecided for afternoon/eve...figure we'll figure that out when we're there! (PI @ night)
Sat 3/12- DTD, leave for airport at 3:30pm
