We purchased DD's GOH badge while at WDW at World of Disney store and had it personalized at the Christmas shop (i am drawing a blank on its actual name).

I have heard that you could call the Chistmas shop and to order/personalize prior to your trip. These websites also have the badges available for ordering:

It is called Disney's Days of Christmas #1-407-828-2042. We did this our last trip and it worked great. Badges were perfect and waiting for us at our hotel. They are only $6 and no s&h fee. HTH

Well, in my sig there is a picture of the Tink one on my DD and then you can look at http://www.laughingplacestore.com/Category.asp?RC=431 to see some of the others. They don't still sell some of those at WDW, like the last one that is Tink is replaced with the one my DD is wearing, but it will give you a general idea and I'm sure that you can get any other info from the people at the Christmas Disney store. They don't answer the phone very ofter since they aren't staffed to do so, but if you leave a message, they will call you back but it might take a few days (I think that they returns calls on Tuesdays if I remember right and you might actually get through to a live person on that day too... I did).
