Ok I am late but here are the goals I have for 2010.
1) 2000 miles running. I barely cleared this hurdle in 2000 and think it time to push through the plateau I have been stuck at for the last few years.
2) 2000 miles cycling. This may be a little tricky as I am not looking at any major cycling events and am not planning on teaching my cycle classes in 2010.
3) In 2009 I gained about 10% body weight. Lose it and 10% extra.
4) Set PRs in all distances run in 2010. That was a 2008 goal which happened rather easily. It will be tougher this year with the #3 goal.
5) stay healthy. 2009 was a terrible year that was set up with the cycle crashes. I was never really healthy as I was battling the resulting injuries all year long.
