goal met/vaca over - starting in w/the "crap"

Ok goal has been met, home from vaca. Now I find myself starting in with the "crap". Last wk when grocery shopping bought choc graham crackers. Then Fri night when Christmas shopping bought peppermint sticks for part of someone's gift. Started eating those Sat, ate more yesterday - gave them to DH to bring to work today. Will wait till closer to Christmas to buy anymore food gifts for anyone.
Notice Im not sleeping so well at night, belly feels more bloated. Need to take care of myself, time to notice what my body wants/needs. And not focus on the scale. Did a good job getting healthier, now I need to fight to stay that way.
 
It is easy to fall back into bad habits after we accomplish something. That's why it has to be a lifestyle change not just a short term goal. The great thing is that you recognize it early. Congrats on meeting goal and now working to stay there.
 
Congratulations on reaching goal and good for you realizing that you are falling back on old habits, food-wise. Take control now and you will remain at goal.
