Actually, I was dissapointed. I expected Wall-E to get Best Animated Picture, but they got only one of their 6 nominations. Ithought they should have gotten at least one of the sound/score/song nominations. I love the song, "Down to Earth" (who was that who butchered the performance of the song?)

We'll see what's up with Up next oscar season.

I think it was John Legend singing. Were there only 3 original songs from movies this year at all that those 3 were the only ones nominated? I hadn't heard any of them.

Yes it was John Legend. I think I read that Peter Gabriel boycotted because they were editing the song down for time.

Congrats to PIXAR! They truly deserved the win. I still can't believe WALL-E was snubbed at the Annies this year
