Just a little perturbed today. This is the 2nd week in a row that I've had to buy 2 different newspapers in order to get all the coupon inserts. grrr. On the front of the paper it has the little "more than $200 in savings coupons". NOT! I decided to add them up. There isn't even $100. It only had the 2 red plum inserts in it. If I add the SS & GM's inserts from the other paper I do make it over the $200. WHO'S TAKING MY INSERTS???

I'm curious to find out if my MIL, who gets home delivery, got all the inserts in her paper.

Anyway, TreslovesWDW you'll be getting a nice sized envie from me this week. Hope to get it together and out the door tomorrow.

Super skinny envelope heading to Princesspaige in the morning. I didn't receive an envelope this week and I didn't make it to my moms to get her inserts. I'm sorry it's so small. I will have a bigger one for next week - I'm sure!

That happened to me two Sundays ago when I bought papers at a convenience store outside Atlanta. Argh!! I feel your pain.

MIL's home delivered paper had all 4 inserts. Guess I better call for a subscription. I didn't want to because they don't offer just the Sunday paper, I have to get Fri/Sat/Sun.

Made a special trip to the store tonight to use 2 $4off Wholly Guacamole coupons that expired today. Woo hoo! When I was leaving the cashier was on the phone to someone asking if the coupons were valid. (I used the self check lane and had to hand them to her to scan, which they did no problem.) Since I had already paid the $1.48 difference I wasn't going to stick around to see what she found out.

$8.00 saved!

I am sorry to hear about your missing coupons. Here in the DFW area our papers went to sealing the coupon/ad sections in plastic several years ago. I know before they did that you took a chance at the store and I always double checked to make sure the coupons were in there because people would take them. Now it's not a problem because it would be pretty obvious if someone took the whole wrapped section.
