Okstate_angel ...Please forgive me , I have been a horrible train buddy in the past week or so! Without having a full on pity-party, I'll just say things in my life have been quite a bit off kilter. Unfortunately, couponing sank to the bottom of my list. The PLAN is to get myself together this weekend and that will probably mean a gi-normous envie next week. I'm sorry and resolve to be on track from here on out!

Now that I'm caught up with reading all the posts since Sunday morning, I want to extend a big thank you to you for compiling our coupon savings in October. Didn't we do an awesome job saving some $$$? I wonder how November will go? Will we exceed our savings in October? I'm thinking we might with stocking up for Thanksgiving, etc.

I just had to share that on my last two grocery trips, the cashier has had to call for the manager to get his approval because I'm redeeming "so many coupons". Both times the cashier was quick to add, "Not that that's a BAD thing", lest I think that she's complaining. But don't you wonder if the cashiers want to put out their "Lane Closed" sign when they see us approaching with our big stack of coupons?

I may be a cashier's worst nightmare, but I love, love, LOVE a good bargain!

Thanks you, njsam!! Welllll, now that you brought it up.....it's poured rain most of today and my internet, phone, and cable have worked about 10% of the time today. Good thing we brought cards and magazines and books along, huh? I guess it will be better tomorrow but quite cool. That's okay as long as it stops raining!!

Oh, no...not rain again! Well, you know how the saying goes..."the sun will come out tomorrow!" Anyway, just think of all the reading you are catching up on! I'm sure things will clear up soon, so try to enjoy![/COLOR]

It was a pretty BIG one - huh???? I haven't rec'd my envie this week - I did get a few flyers from my MIL so, I will have some for you from that, plus the regular flyer.. hoping to get my regular mailing tomorrow!!!
