Gluten indulge day

Due to advanced arthritis i choose to eat gluten free to reduce my pain. Today is the last day here, what are your “worth it” gluten indulgences in MK and at QS restaurants or take out along the monorail?
Currently on list is Gastons cinnie and chocolate croissant. (Oh goodness I didn’t even verify it was open! Better do that now).
 
A mickey pretzel, a waffle from Sleepy hollow, rice krispy treats, and ohana noodles would be the first things I would eat if I gave myself a gluten day. Oh and the cheesburger egg rolls.
 
Don't do it. I know you've been avoiding gluten for arthritis. You know you've been avoiding gluten for arthritis. All your gastrointestinal system knows is that you haven't had it. If you have it now, your body may rebel.
 

Good advice on my belly being tricky. I’ll take it easy on the gluten and share a treat or 2 with my daughter.
Good news for me, the Rice Krispie treats are my absolute favorite and those are GF. I’m packing some for my trip home. Helps take the sting out of the return to reality.
 
Are you sure the rice krispie treats are GF? Some crisped rice cereal uses barley malt, so you might want to double check. BTW, Gaston's IS open. And I know you're indulging in forbidden fruit, but if you like chocolate, Contempo Cafe has a terrific GF flourless chocolate cake you might want to try.

Yeah they’re sneaky on some of them with not listing the allergy wheat. Usually the ones at QS locations are gf, the prewrapped one. Not the confectionery ones.

I think the point being made was there are other sources of gluten besides wheat, so wheat wouldn't be listed as an ingredient but there could still be gluten due to the barley malt.
