Hello all,

This will be my first trip that is Gluten free and and limited dairy. We will be on the DDP, so will have sit down meals.

When booking dining reservations do I need to inform someone about this and how do I do so? How do I know which restaurants are good to eat at?

Any help would be great! Thank You.

When you make your dining ressies on line, you can add in an allergy. You can also tell someone when you check in at a restaurant. Check out Gluten Free and Dairy Free in WDW. Sarah has an awesome page with lots of reviews. She is on FB too. GF is very easy at WDW. In Epcot, your best places are the Disney owned restaruatns, but I am hearing more positive reviews from the non-Disney places. if you like fish and chips and onion rings you have to go to Raglan Road (sit down) or Cookes of Dublin (QS) at Downtown Disney. They are amazing! Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge is a buffet that is great for breakfast and dinner. My daughter has celiac and we have been several times now GF.
