Gluten free on DCL

We traveled last week and the Dream did have two different kinds of gf beer on board. I just don't recall what kind. My DH did not drink while at CC or in Nassau as we booked excursions. As for CC, our head waiter told us the night before what was GF so DH knew what to pick while at the island buffet. Our restaurant team was great and guided us about how to handle the food on the ship and Castaway cay. As for noting the allergy, I called DCL directly to note the GF allergy and we had no issues! The first night dinner did take a little longer which we didn't mind knowing how cautious they were so maybe do what the previous poster said about picking menu for that night in advance. My husband ate like a king!
