where can I find a list of gluten free foods offered at the parks. I know I can go to city hall and get it but I'd like to know in advance since this gluten free stuff is all new for us. thanks guys!

I don't know if someone here may have the current list, but Disney won't publish it in advance because they want to make sure you have the most recent information. So even if you do get a copy, please be sure to double check for accuracy when you arrive.

You can contact Special Diets in advance and alert them of your needs for specific reservations. You can also add a notation to your reservations through Disney Dining so that the restaurant is aware of your needs.

I can tell you that all the restaurants I have eaten at have been very accommodating to my sister who is GF. She has eaten all kinds of foods, including GF Mickey waffles, which she loved! I hope you have a good trip!
