Gluten free food in Disney World??

I was just recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and after drooling over all the food photos, I am sad. I am really hoping that I will be able to find some gluten free desserts while in the world.

Anyone know of any??

Contact the Special Diets folks at WDW and they'll provide you with a list of GF items at CS and TS locations. There is actually quite a bit of GF things available. Also check out the DISabilities board here - there is a lot of information on GF dining. Good luck!

You can post in the disabilites forum, those folks are wonderfully educated on all issues while at WDW. Yes you should be fine, but you will have to learn how to and where to let people know.
