Gluten Free Eating

I'm almost at my 180 day mark for ADRs and I want to know if any gluten free eaters have had any experience at the following TS locations I'm thinking of making reservations for:

Raglan Road
Coral Reef
California Grill
The Garden Grill
Cape May Cafe

The only ones of these we've tried are Garden Grill and Cape May (breakfast). We were quite pleased with both. We've eaten breakfast at Cape May twice and love it for a more relaxed character breakfast. My kids like simple plain foods to the chef at Garden Grill did up the meats plain for them along with plain veggies as well as white rice at the request of my girls (they'd eat white rice very meal if I let them). We'd definitely return to either of these restaurants again.

I want to go to Coral Reef next time and if we ever go without a dining plan I want to try California Grill (or maybe I'll just go anyway as an extra meal and pay OOP; it seems like one of those places where I want some non-DDP foods and it doesn't seem worth 2 credits IMO).

We have eaten gluten free at the Garden Grill and Cape May Cafe (clambake). Both restaurants were good. We loved the characters and the slowly rotating floor at the Garden Grill, the food was fine, but nothing special. All the meat was plain. We like the food at the Cape May Cafe better. In the past they have made us our own plate of fish (no soy sauce) and even a rice pasta with vegetables dish.

Sorry, we have not eaten at any of these since DD had to go GF, but in general Disney restaurants are awesome with accomodating GF diets. So with that being said, the only one I would be concerned about is Raglan Road since it is not Disney owned.
