Gluten Free Dining in the Lounges

Has anyone had any luck ordering gluten free items in the resort lounges? We were thinking of grabbing a bite one of the evenings at Tambu Lounge, but I want to make sure there is something for our gluten free diner!

I have to eat gluten free and find options and modifications pretty much everywhere at Disney.
The Tambu lounge menu is limited in general. But we've have the chicken wings, extra extra crispy. And the crisp bread and dip assortment, we get the crisps on the side for my husband and a plate of stick cut veggies for me. He uses a spoon for the dips, so as not to leave bread crumbs in them.
There is also the beef skewers, I don't eat red meat, but my husband said they're tasty.

Thanks for the info! We've done pretty well everywhere else in Disney, but this is the first time we are trying a lounge and I couldn't find much out online. Sounds like there is still a good selection, as always!
