Gluten free CS suggestions?

I think for AK we will go to Flame Tree BBQ and my mom likes Cosmic Rays at MK but what about DTD and EPCOT? Any suggestions?

FYI: Flame Tree BBQ us great as us Cosmic Rays. Are you planning on doing any table service meals?

EPCOT I would personally stick to either American adventure, electric umbrella or sunshine seasons because they are all Disney owned.

I'm gluten free pluss about a dozen other allergies so I haven't tried the other WS restaurants.

We did got to the morocco CS restaurants when my allergies were just peanuts, eggs, and shellfish so they might be able to handle GF as well...but I don't know.

Pretty much any Disney owned CS should be ale to handle GF meals.

Our favorites for gluten free include Boma, Ohana breakfast, Garden Grill and Coral Reef for table service. We love Flame Tree, Cosmic Rays, Columbia House and the take out part if Mexico for quick service. I should also mention that the Pop Century food court is amazing and we had done incredible meals prepared for us by the chefs.
