What sorts of gluten free foods does crystal palace have for breakfast? I know they have vans waffles but what about pancakes? Other things like donuts, muffins? Etc?

A google search for the most up to date list brings you here (date Dec 2014) http://wdw.wdpromedia.com/media/kana/sd/WDW-glutenFree.pdf

That site is specifically the specialty items. That list does not show them stocking the bob's or Namaste pancake mixes so it's possible that those aren't there currently. If gluten is the only item being avoided you can get nearly everything that somebody without a gluten issue can have. For example they will have bread and eggs so they could make French toast, you are really looking at maybe missing a couple of pastries because most of breakfast is meat, fruit and the items they specifically have specialty items for. (bread, waffles)

Thanks. I have heard mixed reviews and this is for a child. He can't have soy and vans contains soy. He can have limited egg and limited dairy. I think we will go back to Tusker House where they cater to allergies with more options. I appreciate the link: confirms that moving the ADR to TH makes more sense! Thanks again- much appreciated.

That mix of no wheat/soy/egg/dairy really messes with breakfast in the parks! Tusker House has become our only non-resort breakfast for that exact reason the past few years. We have all been loving Tusker House.

I was considering trying out CP for our August trip and it made me sad to look over the menu and specialty items to see that it looks like my son would have a $17 plate of bacon with no other options. (basically top 8 free plus buckwheat, sesame and won't eat raw fruit)
