Gluten-free beignets at Scat Cat's?

Our daughter with celiac is very excited about trying the GF beignets at Scat Cat's during our visit in March. We have been to WDW several times, but have never had the opportunity to try them. We are staying at POR this trip, so we will be sure to go over to POFQ to try them.

For anyone who has had the GF beignets, do you have to call ahead and order them? I checked the menu in MDE, and I do not see the GF beignets listed. I hope they are available year-round.

The GF beignets are always available. Bear in mind that the caramel dipping sauce is not gluten free.

We are more intrigued by the chicory chocolate ganache sauce! That sounds amazing! We are originally from New Orleans, and my husband says that it is heresy to use a dipping sauce with beignets (they are normally eaten plain). I told him he can take his beignet snobbery elsewhere...we are getting the sauce!
