This will be my first trip to WDW since discovering that I need to eat gluten-free. On our last trip, I enjoyed both the pizza and the pasta a Via Napoli. We have ADRs there again this trip and I was wondering:
(1) what the heck am I going to be able to eat at Via Napoli?
(2) how much could I possibly enjoy it, while everyone else around me is eating pizza and pasta?
