Gluten Free at Quick Service

Hey guys,
we are pretty experienced with food allergies in disney (i have had a deathly nut allergy since i was young), but i was recently diagnosed with a gluten intolerance as well. We are going in July, and i'm sure the sit down restaurants will accommodate me beautifully. However, I was wondering how things worked at quick service restaurants.. Could I, say order a tuna sandwich at CHH and get it on gluten free bread? or get a gluten free pizza at Pizza Planet? I just didn't want to be limited to salads for lunch lol. Thanks!

Contact special need department. Look at the Disabilites board. Disney will send you a dietary list for tyhe QS places but always double check at the restaruant.

Pizza planet does have gluten free pizza, gluten free bus are widely available. The chicken place in DTD does have Gluten free items (replaced McDonalds). Gluten free dining is easy in disney.

There are a lot of options for you. Special Diets can send you a list. Or you can check the GF section on our site. Pinocchio Village Haus, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café and Pecos Bills are a few.

Be sure to double-check once you get there, though, just to be sure ingredients haven't changed.

Ask them for the list of the Gluten Free locations and options on WDW property, and they'll send you several attachments. I e-mailed them for the same information earlier today and they replied in 15 minutes. Both my wife & our daughter have the same allergy.

I feel so bad for people like you - I mean, your on vacation, you should be able to take a vacation from your allergies! Thankfully, Disney seems to be pretty good about these things. Hope your able to find good food that wont kill you!!

My DW and DD have gluten allergies and have plenty of choices at CS places. Most have gluten free rolls and brownies and more.

Disneyquestion my DW looks forward to our trip to WDW because being GF is so easy at WDW.
