Does anyone know if the restaurants at DTD work the same as those in the parks and resorts - meaning if I tell them I need to eat gluten free, they will accomodate as possible?

I'm especially interested in Pollo Campero and Paradisio. Anyone gluten free eaten at them?

Thanks! Lin

We went to Pollo Campero last fall with my niece who has a gluten sensitivity. They did work with her to find this she could eat, although not all of their items are gluten free.
They do have a PDF file on their website that at least addresses gluten - I would not take it as the final word, but at least it is a starting point.

The part my niece liked best was that there is a Babycakes Store inside the same building, which serves all kinds of gluten free baked good (she bought something from there every time we were at Downtown Disney.

Paradiso 37 does not have a website, so the best I can do right now is point you toward the menu on wdwinfo.com

I know there are people with more experience with gluten free foods who will chime in, but this will at least get you started.

Thanks for the info Sue. I'm looking forward to Babycakes - yum! My DH says we'll visit there first thing and stock up for the week to keep my sweet tooth happy ;-)

Blessings! Lin

We ate at Raglan Road and Babycakes. Both were AWESOME. Check my siggie link :)
