Gluten free at Disneyland

Hi!
I am new here, so I am sorry if this has been gone over before, but we are going to Disneyland in Dec. I need to eat a Gluten free diet for a health condition I have.. Can you give me any tips/tricks?

I would suggest going to the disABILITIES Forum and look at Post #3 of the disABILITIES FAQs. There is a large section in that post dealing with special dietary needs, as well as many related links. It primarily deals with WDW but also has some DL items there. You can get directly to the disABILITIES FAQs by following the link in my signature.
