Does anyone know of any Gluten/Casein Free quick service foods in WDW primarily MK.

Check out the disabilities board. There is a contact for Brenda Bennett at WDW she will email you a complete list. You will probably still want to get an updated list right before your trip. I believe that there are gf/cf items at most locations.
