DBF and I are very interested in this cocktail. What all restaurants is it available at?

I believe it is available at every restaurant and every resort lounge. It is (or was) on the generic Disney drink menu. Warning - it's very sweet.

It definetely is very sweet, if I remember correctly I think they coat the rim of the glass with sugar. Last one I got was very very strong, had an overwhelming vodka taste to it.
