Last week we were denied at Sci Fi and Concourse, "not included with dining plan". We did not ask anywhere else. Our servers really encouraged add ons at both so I dont see why they would not allow the glow cubes if they were allowed.

They last a while, we still have ours from last fall. DD got hers at SciFi in a really neat glow in the dark cup (which we still use as well). It was $5.99, they will put it in any beverage you get. You hit it on the table to turn it of and on. LeCellier also has them so we plan on getting another one, she had so much fun with it....hope it comes in a nice glass to keep there, does anyone remember?

The server at the Brown Derby told us that they can last up to fourteen hours. The nice thing is that you can turn them off and have them when you need them. Ours lasted for months. My daughter wants to get another one on our next visit. Very popular.

We ended up with about four cubes after our last trip - all from adult drinks. I know a couple of them camne from Rose N Crown and the Concourse Steakhouse. I have since informed DH that during our trip next year I will be collecting as many as I can (whether from sodas or adult beverages.) DH pointed out I could just go to the store and buy them, but what fun would that be! They wouldn't be from Disney!

Oh goody!...I didn't know that Rose and Crown had them! We'll be eating there in Nov.!

PS. We bought the blue whales in July 2004...and my DDs still use them!

our daughter likes to use it in the pool at night and dive for it. she got it a few summers ago, and yes at least in hers ( from the sci-fi ) you can change batteries.

My dd just turned 3. I think she would love it but I think if they put it in her drink she would try to take it out. I think when we go I will ask if we can just purchase one on the side so she can play with it during diner.
