Great question! I was wondering the same thing. I saw a great DISign,
"this is my costume". I wanted to wear to the MNSSHP. So iron on the graphic to the tshirt as usual, then after it cools brush the glow paint directly on top of the graphic?
I made some a couple of years ago for the Halloween party in California Adventure and they were cute. I wish I could remember where I bought them from - just do a search for them online.
They didn't glow as much as I would have wished but we carried around a flashlight and recharged them occasionally. The white in the design is what glows - so I made a Mickey and Minnie ghost design.
You can find it here in post #12. I cannot make any changes to it, but anyone is free to use it 'as is'.
Check your local craft store in the fabric paint section or near where they sell tshirts. In the decorative paint section you can find glow paint for posterboard also.
