Global Resort Homes?

Anyone stayed at Windsor Hills that used this management company?
Looking for any feedback available.

I know Globel are one of the biggest Management Company's in that area, , always see their van's driving around, so if there is any problem with accomodation, I think they get it sorted right away.

They were the managment company for a stay we had last March at Oakwater Resort (Which is very nice, BTW and closer to Disney)- but Oakwater only has condo, no homes.

Anyway, all was fine - very professional.

Are you booking through GRH or directly through owner? Global is a good company but they have a pretty high mark up. I would try direct through Homeaway/VRBO/TripAdvisor first. I will bet half of the owners have GRH as their management company anyway but offer vacation rental for less if you book through owner.

Very true!
We booked a villa through VRBO and in speaking to the owner, he said to me that if he gets bookings on his own, then he doesn't have to pay the commission to GRH, which is why he is able to give us a lower rate. Our house will be in Windsor Palms.

This will be our first time renting with them but the reviews looked good.

We will be there from 10/19 to 11/16. We r 2 old people so we have the luxury of time. Besides, it now takes us a lot longer to see everything.

Maybe we can catch a drink together at f&w on Sunday 10/20 or at the ESPN bar by the Boardwalk. One of the bartenders there is from Holyoke and a good friend!
