Does anyone know anything about Global Access? We transfered two of our 4 weeks into that system last May....and I still can't figure out some of their terminology...we have 399,000 points this year and after using most of them, will have about 40,000 left at the end of this year (left over from last year). They say we can only save them one year.
What I'm trying to understand is that if I start the year with 430,000 points...and at the end of THAT year have points left over - why can't I save them into the third year? Shouldn't they use the points carried over first? Why am I going to lose them if I don't use them? I'm not trying to "beat" the system....I'm just trying to use what I have. Where can I find out what we can get for the extra left over points? It doesn't seem to be in the book. Can anyone help?
