I keep reading about your crunches. When I look at mt stomach, I know I need them. I started today.
I did 25 crucnches to the front and 25 to each side. I will confess that I had to take a break with the side crunches. 10 each side a min break 10 again, min break and then 5.

I am glad I inspired you to start, but it is you who did it!!! You took the first step and you did those crunches, and for that I am proud of you!!! Keep it up!!!
