Glitches in My disney experience app??

Hi all,

I am currently in the world and having a minor panic attack! I have been the sole planner of this trip for our group of 10. One must do for our girls was to meet rapunzel. That is supposed to be today. When I look under"my plans" on the app it shows a FP for all of us, but when they other members look it isn't there. Also, when I look under my fast pass section it doesn't show up for me. . Only the other two I had booked. Ahh. What do I do? ?!
