Planning for Next Year:
I think that I've mentioned before that since it was so hot this September, that I would try to go in October next year. Well, after looking at the crowd level chart on touring plans, I noticed that the crowds are a bit higher in October. Also, I'd have to use more DVC points in October. So I'm going to aim for September again next year (and, no, I have no idea if I'll be solo or not, I just thank God that it doesn't matter). As we all know, life has a way of changing your plans. So we'll see . . .

Ummm . . . . YES I DID!!!!!!!!! Oh I just LOVE that man! He looked great in all that white!

While he was singing "Kiss from a Rose", I would replace the word "baby" with my name. So it went like this: GLENDAAAA, I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the grey . . .

I've done that before too!! (just not with Seal).

First of all, we didn't go LAST December, it was 19 years ago! I can tell you why October crowds are higher because people like us go down there for our Fall Break. We ran in to so many people from home when we were down there last year. It was REALLY crowded during Columbus Day weekend, but then it got better later in the week. It was still HOT even in October. I will send you a pm, so be looking for it.

Of course I find your TR after it is all done. I'm proud that you went on ToT. When my family & I were ther 12/05 my then 9 1/2 yr old DD went on with my sis and one of her boys. I refused.

Hey Glenda! Yeah it was soooo hot and humid this september... . I honestly think it was just a bad month for weather. At least in NC it's been bad too up until a week ago. I don't remember it being this hot in september 2006.

I have no idea when we are going to go again! We want to do a big trip with the whole family, but they are so hard to "get it together" with. It's so easy to plan trips with Dfi. I want to go in January so bad! But some of my favorite things will be closed! sniff

Thanks Pete! So far, the only night I have for Boma is the night I arrive - Tues Dec. 11th. If my friend is not able to join me, then I will cancel Liberty Tree, and try to get Boma on Friday before the Christmas Party. Here are my plans so far:

Tues. 11th
Arrive, Eat - Boma @ 6:30, Sleep

Wed. 12th
MK in the AM, - BREAK- MGM for 50's Primetime 4:10pm w/Colette and DISers, Osborne Lights and Fantasmic

Thurs. 13th
Epcot in the AM - BREAK- back to Epcot for LeCellier @ 4:50 w/Daisy and DISers, Candlelight processional, Fireworks

Fri. 14th
AK in the AM - BREAK - 4:30pm dinner @Boma,
7p - 12am MK Christmas Party!

Sat. 15th - Go Home

So Pete, let me know when you're going to Boma, or if you want me to add you all to my reservation on Tues. night.

I really think this was just a bad year - at least that's what I'm hoping, since I'm going the same week next year too! I hope to go in Jan. 2009 for a week, then later that year, go to universal to see the Harry Potter add-on! (shhhh!)

Hey, on Tuesday we're doing commando Epcot. From rope drop til they drag us out of there, haha. Also on Thursday, we're probably going back to Epcot (my favorite park), so maybe I'll see you there. We're doing the party on Friday also. So right before the party at Boma would actually be perfect. Ttyl.

We may change Epcot to Sunday and Wednesday. I don't know, I'll talk to my friends, see what they have to say. Well it doesn't matter I'm planning this trip and they have to deal with what I say! HAHA. I'm an obsessive planner/organizer. I'll PM you and tell you if we're coming or not. Thanks.

When I stepped off the bus, I could smell smoke, and my throat started to itch. Oh no! I noticed that it was the Lady a little ahead of me. So I took a lesson from my girl Fee, went into Turbo mode and passed her. As soon as I was inhaling fresh air, I hear "Glenda"? "Glendamax"? When I turn around, I see the lady put out her ciggy, and start laughing. She says, "I'm MaddieMouse"! I crack up. We have been on some of the same threads. I am also laughing knowing that I am going to tell this WHOLE story on the boards. So Maddie, I've told on you! Here's the 2 of us!

A) I just found this trip report TODAY (via the solo board), and

B) You OUTED me!!! Yes folks, I'm one of those nasty smokers, not only nasty, but sneaky, since the lady I was with that day is the only one of our party of six who was aware that I had once again failed in my latest attempt to quit, and was smoking on that trip.
