Glenbrook Resort Pool Homes?

I had asked recently about some recommendations for pool home sites for our cousin and she has gotten info about a nice one at this area in Clermont.

Has anyone stayed at this resort or know anything about it?

We are mainly interested in if its a safe and nice area and if the homes are nice and well maintained.

I found this on villadirect.com. Is this the same location??

It doesn't say anything about being a gated community, which I prefer, but it looks nice.

It does say it is 8.5 miles from WDW. Keep in mind this is 8.5 miles to the ENTRANCE of WDW property. You would still have a few miles to travel on top of that depending on which park you will be at. Maybe that's a good road to travel, but I think you could find one that is much closer and just as nice or nicer.

Thanks for the response..our cousin in Toronto is the one who will be staying there and she looked through all the sites I sent her and they picked this one.

Its just hard when you dont know how certain areas are such as if its in a good section of town etc...

You are SO right, Diane. And I think most people have good experiences..........it's that once in a while horror story that you hear about that makes you worry.
