I like the almonds over by the POTC ride in MK.
I make similar pecans, walnuts and almonds often at home. I use 1 tsp butter, 1 cup sugar, 6 oz nuts, a dash of vanilla and cinnamon to taste (sorry, but I don't measure either).
Butter the inside of a small heavyweight saucepan and add the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Heat it up slowly while stirring constantly. When the sugar starts to melt, add the nuts and continue to stir and cook until the nuts are covered and the sugar is caramelized. Pour out on foil or a cookie sheet and separate with a couple of forks.
They never last around our house, but leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for several days.
