GKTW Wishing Well

Here now, remember seeing something about a Give Kids The World well, where is it? I thought I remember EPCOT, but can't seem to find any info. Just trying to spread some Holiday cheer!

Any change you throw in Disney fountains/water rides (i.e.: Small World) goes to GKTW when they close it for refurb.

That's wonderful! I am not surprised as Disney is a big supporter of GKTW. I understand they donate 3 day tickets to all who stay there. And send characters for meet and greets a couple of times a week.

And a fascinating coincidence... we visited GKTW yesterday. We got a tour from a new friend who works there. A marvelous place! We signed up to volunteer there.

Isn't it the one on the walkway from fantasyland to the tea cups? Where the Merida meet is? I think that one has the sign

Just wanted to correct that all money thrown into water or on rides (BTMR roofs has a lot of money on it too) at the parks does go to charity but it's not exclusively GKTW that gets the money.

I think @yulilin3 is correct in that 1 specific fountain is for GKTW and has a sign to indicate that. I haven't been past it in awhile though to stop and see.

You're thinking of Cinderella's Wishing Well by Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom.

There is no specific mention of GKTW.

The Plaque reads:
"Your Wishes will help the Dreams of Children come true."
