GKTW Text problem??

I just tried to text the DISGKTW to the 50555 and I received an error saying that "Keyword DISGKTW not recognized. Please confirm keyword, shortcode and send a new msg." Then goes on to say visit a site or call a number.

Is this new or did I do something incorrectly??? I've tried 3x and have received the same message.

Hello Cobbler, thank you so much for your support of the fundraiser. Yes, this is something new. I received word that GKTW can no longer support the text message donations through mobile giving. It was costing them the organization more money than it was bringing in. We are currently looking into alternatives.

Until that time, the easiest way to donate would be directly through the FirstGiving page we have set up for the fundraiser.

Thanks for the clarification Dave. When I tried to donate last week by this method, I also received the same reply as the OP and wondered if I was doing something wrong.
