I am thinking of running a marathon for a dual charity fundraiser. I want to run the Boston Marathon and Give Kids the World is not one of the qualifying charities but I was thinking of running it for Boston Children's Hospital (my son has 6 specialists there) and then giving any money I raise over the $5000 required amount to GKTW. I am nervous about the fundraising, as I am an introvert and it's just not my thing. Has anyone had any luck raising money on here?
