We are working on a date for sales to start...I am hoping before May to give everyone ample time to buy tickets.

They will be on sale until June 10th. We will have to give the Hershey Lodge our numbers for the meal.

Right now we are talking about a child's price for the Saturday event. Having all events at the Lodge, means we have to use their catering for the event and they do not separate Adult and Child costs for meals.

We may go, but we have an RV... is there a separate deal to get into the event without staying at the hotel?

The price is would be the same for everyone, even if you are not staying. You would just pay for the events either Friday or Saturday.

Tickets will go on sale later tomorrow and will be on sale until June 3rd. We have to give the lodge our final numbers then.

Hey Guys... PLEASE. If you are thinking of coming and want to stay with all of us at the Lodge, you certainly do not have to, start thinking of making the reservation. No Deposit needed.

But the Rack rate is 449 and or rate is 189. you can always cancel if you need to.

As in years past we will be staying at the Hershey Lodge!
The rate is $189.00 + tax.... down from last year!

As in years past staying at the Lodge comes with its perks:

• Complimentary tickets to the Hershey Story Museum and Hershey Gardens
• Complimentary Shuttle Service to HersheyPark
• Discounted Tickets to HersheyPark
• Shuttle Service to and from Harrisburg International Airport
• On site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, and Lobby Bar

To make your Reservations please call 1-800-HERSHEY and use reference number 3044185 or GKTW Benefit Event.
You will be asked to put a deposit down of the first nights stay with tax $209.79.
You can cancel for a full refund up until 3 days for the first night stay to get a complete refund back of the deposit.

**IF you are thinking of coming to this event I would urge you to book sooner rather than later**
This year the Lodge will also have a fairly large convention going on and the park is open that weekend.
When the block is full they can close out the discounted rate at anytime.
You can always cancel the reservation and 100% of the deposit back (72 hrs before first night stay)
