Give your kids up? OT

Oh man! what a perfect topic for me....I too have a 14 yr old DD (& I don't mean dear in this case)...She's a freshman this year...just last year, heck less than 6 months ago she was the most polite, best behaved child in the world...everyone would always say how "lucky" I was that she was so good & I wasn't going tohave any problems at all.....

HOLYCRUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She obviously saved it all up for high school!

I should add, she's not bad..get's good grades, has good friends,...BUT the MOUTH, the texting and the "can you drive me (us)" is gonna be the death of me!!!!!!!!!!

sorry for the tough time....lol......we were awful......well I was pretty good, but there were 3 of us girls, all within a year of each other. 3 girls in high school at once, was not easy on my parents. :rotfl: :rotfl2:

hopefully it will get better soon, just keep thinking about the day when she is in college and how much you will miss her then? :) :cool1: I think when they get off to college, it gets better- they learn to appreicate you more. those HS years are just going to be rough I am afraid. you can do it though!!! :grouphug: :cheer2:
