Give me your Happy Limo experiences

Am looking for any and all experiences with Happy Limo. Postive, negative, medium... whatever.

I'm considering using them in February.
 
I can't say I loved or hated them and would or wouldn't use them again. The towncar was nice and the first driver was okay, but the return driver was somewhat racist and couldn't shut her mouth. Also, they double billed me (I payed in cash but they billed my credit card prior) which I got back but it took two or three calls. They got me from point a to point b, which I guess was all i wanted but I was not overly impressed or dissappointed.
 
We just returned from our Christmas trip - used Happy Limo for the first time and they were terrific. We took the option to call them from baggage claim rather than having the driver meet us in the terminal - we were told to go to a certain parking spot just outside the terminal and our driver drove up just as we walked out. For the return trip, we told them to pick us up at the Contemporary at 5:30, and when we arrived outside at 5:20 the driver was there - both drivers were very nice and efficient. We were very impressed with the service, especially at such a busy time of year.
 
Used Happy Limo on our last trip on Thanksgiving week, they were great! We have used Happy Limo (4x's) over the last 2 years. Jeremy was the driver on both legs of the trip. We used a Town Car & Van for family trip. Pick-up was on time, and both vehicles were clean! We will use Happy Limo again next Thanksgiving.

We use them quite a bit because we do a lot of Disney cruises. I'll share my last two experiences, one of which was to Port Canaveral Thanksgiving weekend and one of which was to Orlando around Christmas.
The Thanksgiving trip was smooth as always. We spend the night before our cruises in Orlando and then have Happy Limo pick us up in the morning. They were on time for both legs of the journey and everything went smoothly as usual.
For the Christmas trip, our flight was delayed by two hours. To make matters worse, it was originally due to arrive at midnight, so that means we got in at 2 a.m.! Our driver was waiting in the baggage claim for us, and they had sent a really nice Excursion.
All in all, two good experiences.

question: if i chose the charge to my credit card option when is it charged? when i make the reservation or around the time of my trip?
 
your credit card is charged the nite before you leave.
if you all could please give the names of the drivers that pick you up when you respond to this thread.
