Hey there! My boyfriend and I are so excited to be visiting WDW in March and I have planned everything except for our arrival day and break day. I have a dinner reservation at Sanaa on our arrival day and I don't want to pay for another ticket into a park. For our break day, we have a breakfast reservation for Bon Voyage Breakfast and dinner reservation at 'Ohana. Other than that, I only generally know that I want to explore Disney Springs, the other resorts, and my own resort (Pop Century) in those two days. It'd be great to get some more specific ideas or I'd just love to read what you love to do for these types of days!

If you haven't been to DS yet, it's really a full day experience now. Especially if you go a bit later and stay through the evening. They have added lots of free standing entertainment throughout the complex so it's quite possible to spend 8-10 hours there.
Mini golf? I loved the winter/summer course by Blizzard Beach.
The Boardwalk in the evening also has roaming entertainment (magicians, jugglers, etc) but can really only fill a few hours at night.
Animal Kingdom lodge. There is a ton to explore at the lodge including culinary tours, the animal viewing and cultural experiences that are unlike any other resort.
Poly has free hula lessons. Check with the front desk as to when.
Rent a speedboat at the boats with a lake. Fun way to play for a few hours.
The campground has all kinds of things to do from free hiking trails to paid activities like canoes, archery lessons, and free campfire sing along with Chip & Dale in the evening.
Visit Yehaa-Bob at Port Orleans for a fun/silly show at night.

These are just a few things I can think of.

Lots and lots to do if you can fit it in.

Carriage ride at FW, animators lesson at AoA (this used to be at DHS), exploring other resorts, hot air balloon at DS, watch FW from Poly beach, jelly rolls at BW...and all the great ideas PP mentioned

While you're at AoA check out the Food Court! A CM at GF told us to go there, and she was spot on!
It's great for a snack, light lunch!

You haven't noted your arrival time, but would highly recommend heading over to AKL early and wandering around because it is really lovely.. I love to sit in one of the rockers and just chill. If there's more time to fill, spend some time exploring POP and AoA.

Agree with others that AKL is worth exploring.... lots to see there.

Personally, I would enjoy plenty of pool time on your break day. You body needs the rest, I think.

But you should have ‘Easter’ decor up for your trip, so I’d suggest going to GF before your Ohana reservation and seeing the decorated eggs. I also suggest post OHana dinner getting a drink at Trader Sams and/or watching the fireworks from the Poly beach. Enjoy!

I was going to suggest either mini golf or renting bikes over at Fort Wilderness. We did both on our last trip and it was some of the best fun we had.
