Give a Day, get a disney day start time?

I know it says Jan. 1, 2010, but is that when the bell tolls midnite or a certain time? Didn't see it mentioned in any of the faqs for disneyparks.com.

My area added a few more options that I could do with my kids, so I got in. I'm pumped.

I logged in at 12:38 am and was dismayed it wasn't online yet I guess I'm a little excited about it. I checked back at about 8 in the morning and found some activities we could do.
