Problem is I can't seem to get an opportunity to do! One I signed up for in Jan. I never heard from. Last week I signed up for one and heard back they were full. I signed up for 2 more on Saturday and still haven't heard anything. It doesn't look good for me.

We got our vouchers today! We baked 300 cookies. Ok the kids and I baked 300 cookies but DHs contribution was buying the ingredients and driving 45 minutes there and 1 1/2 back (oh how fun traffic can be But SOOO worth it )

That is awesome. How many cookies did you have to bake for your commitment? We did it for Habitat for Humanity in Minnesota and we only had to do 2 dozen cookies or bars per person, I did extra. It was an easy fun one for everyone

I had something strange happen to me. I volunteered the family at a animal shelter, it was for 2 hours and we were going to do it this sunday 8am to 10am. I went on line to do the sign up part with the dates and time and this is the message i got on the last page...... No sign ups permitted. This opportunity has been flagged as inappropriate. I have been emailing her a couple of times the past couple of weeks and she never said anything. I emailed her this morning about this and she never replied backI might haver to pick something else. We are not leaving until August so i do have time to find something else. This is a bummer because this shelter is only 5 mins. away from the house.

Beth from the animal shelter just emailed me and she said to call disney, she said they were supposed to honor anyone who signed up and who was interested. Does anyone have a number? thanks Lisa

We got our vouchers yesterday!

Our family hosted a clothing and toy drive for a charity out of Philadelphia. We collected a full minivan (seats removed!) of kids' clothing, toys, shoes and baby equiptment! It was really an excellent experience for my children, and I am so pleased that we can get to Disney this year!
