"Girly" Cars design

We found some great designs for Cars themed T-shirts for our 2 sons and nephew, but would love to have our little neice in a matching shirt that day too. Has anyone/will anyone design a "girly" Cars shirt for Avery who is almost 2yrs old? Thanks!
