Funny story to tell that reminded me of the parades in the Winnie the Pooh cartoons.

My neighbor recently took out their deck and put in a brick patio. As a result they have a huge pile of excess dirt. Since we have a need for the dirt, we are moving it to my yard via a wheel barrow. My neighbors have three kids, 5, 3 and 18mos. Every time Michael took a load of dirt to my yard he had all three kids trailing him to "see where he was taking the dirt". It was very cute.

Why can I picture Michael rolling his eyes at this????? :rotfl2:

;)
Hey, I'm in my house. Not my fault if someone comes to the door.... just sayin.

Just saw this in my daily Cheezburger email..... thought it would be appropriate to share here, considering this discussion.... LOL

Stacie- That cruise sounds amazing, I would love to go to Greece and many of the other places listed. I hope you have a fabulous trip!!!

So I am thinking once I get settled we should have a Diva party at my house...maybe Januaryish and we could work on any last minute things for the trip...people could sleep over if they wish but it's not a requirement...any of the fabulous BC ladies or Washingtonians up for a par-tay?:dance3::woohoo::3dglasses

SarahMay

I would also be interested. It would be really nice to meet some of the Divas before February.

I was also wondering if any of the Divas in the area (PNW) wanted to get together for a mini-meet to go see the new Disney store in Seattle and/or Bellevue and then maybe have a nice lunch somewhere? With all these mini-meets and trips to DL that have been going on I thought another one up here would be a great idea, I really need a Disney fix!

Since I am avoiding housework as well.... Ill check it out!:thumbsup2 We are having company for dinner tonight. THANKFULLY... Its my husbands oldest and best friend from like.. junior high.. and they know us well enough NOT to expect gourmet food or a clean house. :rotfl2:
Those are the best sort of friends, the ones you don't have to clean for! lol

Awww cmon! If they are cute, they can spin me right round baby right round any time! J/k! LOL! :teeth: :rotfl:
:rotfl2: Naughty girl, you!

That is one creepy looking cat! But very funny. :rotfl:

I think I remember someone saying they wanted to sign up for the Nike Woman's Marathon but they didn't get a spot...

Well Nike+ emailed me a code to sign up for the sold out race.

If any of the Diva's want it let me know. It looks like it's good for 2 people.

Thank you so much for all the love, hugs and support.:flower3: You all are the best.

I went out last night and got a bit intoxicated, I also got two dates and hopefully a third, but we'll see. I also ran into one of jerk faces friends. The friend was super nice and came up and talked to me, which was cool of him. The bartender bought me my drinks and kept giving me "samples" of vodka. It was a good time, but of course, I'm paying for it today.:faint:

Stacie, how exciting about your upcoming cruise! I can't wait to see pictures! :3dglasses

Lisa, I love the kitty picture! :lovestruc

Theresa, that's very kind of you to wear your bunny slippers for the delivery guy. :thumbsup2

I could go for that. Just give me a bit of a heads up on timing so I can plan around that. Maybe Angie could be persuaded......... Angie, I'll bring cookies!

Creepy?? Does that make you want to go out and get one now???? You could dress it up for Halloween pirate:

Theresa, that's very kind of you to wear your bunny slippers for the delivery guy. :thumbsup2

Of course! I wouldn't subject anyone to my fugly toes right now. I'm in desperate need of a pedicure :rolleyes1

Of course it's Friday. You do know the order of the days of the week. Monday, feels like a Friday to me, Thinking it is Friday, It's almost Friday, Final Friday of the week as in where did the week go -- it was just Monday. We can make it any day of the week you would like. Don't pick Sat or Sunday kids will be out of school. Trying to be helpful :)

Good morning, ladies! Is it Friday yet? :confused3

Just a BIT??????? I knew you were in trouble when I had trouble deciphering your FB post! Good job on the dates!

That's what I was thinking too, Cheryl!!

And those are some pretty fugly fingernails! I hope Theresa's toes don't look THAT bad!! I just got mine done, fingers and toes for the cruise. Laundry tomorrow, then I can start packing!!

Stacielee: have a FABULOUS time on the cruise. The Holy Land is the one place I would really like to go if I wasn't such a chicken

Have you read the Bruce Feiler books? Walking the Bible was the first. It takes books from the Bible and he goes to those places now. It is really fascinating.

Be careful and see ya real soon!

Haven't read those books but we've been watching some videos of a sort-of Bible study that was done in the Holy Land by Ray Vander Laan. Very picturesque! And we have a book that some church members wrote with pictures from different places and the Bible verses that go along with them. We're not supposed to bring Bibles on the excursions with us so they gave us each that book so we could read the corresponding verses while we're there.

The places the cruise lines go are not the dangerous places. The only place we're not going that we were supposed to is Egypt. I don't think any tours are going there right now, although I think ABD will be again in 2012, assuming it's safe.

See you in November!! Can't wait for that!! I was telling someone about our trip and MouseAdventure and how hard it is, and very competitive!! But we always have FUN!!!

You could go for the dramatic:
Vampire Nails!!
I'm glad you put a descriptive, I was going to ask "what terrible infection do you have? Feel better soon"
I don't get out much, can ya tell?

I had a pedicure only once in my life, it was at an Aveda Institute.. the student did a terrible job - I could see the brushstrokes and some of the polish was on my toes in a blob. She did the required shoulder massage, had to tell her please stop! You're killing me! Pinch, grab, pull, pinch.. owwwwwww... Needless to say, I haven't gone back. :rotfl:

My neighbor gets hers done all the time, I better ask her where she goes. Then again, my toes are UGLY. :rolleyes1
