Afm- I am really trying to decide if I should get a new job now or not. I need he money and my job is cutting hours do to lack of patients now. It's so hard as I am use to things there and I know most really want me to stay but I don't make enough to survive. I am loosing so much now. I have to move because of it too. Not good. UGH!!
Tomorrow I am doing a charity walk. My first one. I hope that goes good. Doing it for Candle Lighters.
I tried my first bottle of Cristal tonight. It's good and gives a good buz,lol but why on earth would anyone pay so much for alcohol? One of the kid's (adult) friends bought it as he came into a lot of money. Glad I got try it for free.lol
I went to see the Lion King today (not 3D) and Tristen loved watching it on the big screen. Heck so did I. I love that movie.

Happy Saturday!
It's an almost sunny day here in the Twin Cities, though not very warm. I sniffled a bit when I dragged out some jeans (capri length, but still jeans) from the back of the closet (And proud to say they fit a little loose- woohoo!).
I don't want to admit summer warm days are over and it won't be that long for that white stuff to fly and hibernation to set in.
We plan to go to my sister's to do some grilling -- mmm grilled mushrooms! But I think we will need to wear coats and eat inside. At least it's not windy or raining (yet). It's suppose to warm up on Monday, back to shorts (and a light weight jacket) again Gotta soak up some Vitamin D while I still can. Hope everyone is having a nice day!

Hi everyone! I think it's going to get warmer here today than the 84 they have forecast. There was no breeze this morning and I couldn't keep the house open as long before it started warming up. I bet we hit 88. Still nice, but I really love those 78 to 82 degree days. Aaaaaaahhhhhh!

Got the project I was working on almost done last night before I went to bed at 11:45. Gotta work on another stamping project today as I'm using a set I borrowed from a friend and I need to get that back to her this week. Other than that, the only other things on my agenda today are laundry (DH needs clean shirts for work next week. Imagine that) and a trip to Red Lobster for Endless Shrimp. Mmmmmm..... cheddar bay biscuits...... mmmmmm..... scampi!

Wow, it is scary quiet around here lately!

Ummm....I thank you all for slacking. I just had to read almost 40 pages to catch up

It's overcast again today in Seattle, supposed to have a high of about 65. Rain forecast for the weekend.

I think our (3 - 4 week long) summer is over.

I want cool weather....and rain....

Miss Brooklyn turns one next Friday! I cannot believe it has been almost a year since I was blessed with this beautiful little girl!

Brydon turns 7 next Friday! He was due today, but decieded he wasn't ready for another 6 days. To this day he continues to be a slow poke.

So now I am finally caught up and am planning to stick around more. Classes are going well and I have handed out 5 detentions already Two to the same girl.... Since it has been about a month I will update with bullet points

• I have a ton of tests and essays to read and grade
• My DH is running in the NorCal Tough Mudder in the morning - his team is Crop Dusters and his nickname is Silent But Deadly. *sigh*
• Tomorrow night I am dragging his tired, sore behind to a good friends wedding
• Tomorrow is also the 8 year anniversary of my brother's death; it will probably be a tough day.
• Just found out today that my grandpa is getting results from a PET scan this week, but it looks like there is a large tumor behind his lung. I am so sick of the cancer in my family.
• Tahoe broke my car door and window by slamming it shut. It is costing over $200 to fix.
• I miss you all and am really looking forward to February. My boss will be jealous since he is a DL fanatic.

I think that covers most of it. My goal is to pop in daily! We will see if I can keep up with my work to do so!

Hi Jen!!! Arthur has lost more weight, but he's still a big boy. He was jogging on the walk & is checking in at the gym all the time (on FB). He's also working with other folks at the gym. His dad looked really good & he's just the nicest guy ever. I was introducing myself to them & he said, "come here, I'm a hugger!!"......lol

Good morning everyone. I am sorry it has been so long since I have been on here. The past 4-6 weeks has been crazy. We put our house on the market, sold it, signed papers, put an offer on another house which has been accepted, had to get all the paperwork together to get financing and now we are in the home stretch and should be signing papers on the house we are buying by the end of the month. We are busy packing up all our things which is a pain. We bought some new furniture for the new house but it had to be delivered to our current house so we are squashed in around it. Crazyness.

Also, our disney cruise on the dream and 6 night WDW trip is less than 7 weeks away...so much is happening in that time that I am sure it will fly by.

I booked Glenn's and my 10 year anniversary "get a way". We got married three days before christmas and are going on the cruise a month and a half before our 10 year anniversary but I still wanted to do something specifically in honor of those 10 years so we are taking the snow train across the mountains to Leavenworth. I guess they do breakfast and have all kinds of entertainment and carolers and things then we get to hang out in Leavenworth (a Bavarian town) and see the tree lighting and then we get dinner and more entertainment on the train back! I am really excited! It should be a great way to spend our anniversary. Check it out! http://www.alkitours.us/
